Message car. Like you said, those guys are "hardcore." If your car is on the road course more than it is on the road, then coilovers are definatley the way to go. Sway bars would be up to the driver. They are adjustable for the Z, maybe the F-body and Supra ones aren't.

But for a street/auto-x application, I HIGHLY recommend them. They reduce body roll in the Z to near nothing and make the car feel more solid in quick turns as well as sweeping ones.
